The Waikoloa Beach Resort is one of the most popular vacation destinations on the Big Island of Hawaii. Since then that total has increased to almost a dozen complexes. Over the course of the last couple of years Kolea has risen to the top as the top vacation rental destination in the Waikoloa Beach Resort.

With almost fifty two and three bedroom rentals, Kolea is the only beachfront vacation rental complex at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Although there are five different floors plans varying from 1200 square feet to over 2000 square feet, all the interior finishes are the same. From mohogany trims to stainless steel appliances and granite counters, there luxury rentals have it all. From the way Kolea was designed all the larger three bedroom villas are located along the front row offering amazing beach and ocean views. Nestled behind them are the smaller three bedroom villas and the two bedroom villas. Most of these offer mountain and garden views, but a select few do offer ocean views.
